Why this exists
Land you cannot see is land you cannot protect.
Nothing dramatic happens on the day it goes wrong. It happens slowly, and the first person to notice is rarely the owner.
You only hear when it's already bad
A neighbour calls about a wall going up on your land. By then the encroachment is months old and you are arguing from six thousand kilometres away.
Boundary stones go missing quietly
Survey stones get moved or buried. Nobody notices until you try to sell and the measurement no longer matches your document.
The favour has an expiry date
A relative checks on it when they can. That works until it doesn't, and you have no record of when the plot was last actually seen.

We map your plot
Send us the survey number and documents. We plot the exact coordinates and set a geofence around the boundary.

A field officer visits
Six times a year, on a fixed schedule. They check in from inside the geofence — their phone's GPS has to agree before the visit can even start.

Wide shot, all four boundaries, the entrance, the survey stone, and a selfie on site. Not a random handful of pictures — the same set every visit, so you can compare.

You read the report
Reviewed by our team, then published to your portal with the GPS stamp attached. You see it wherever you are, in your own timezone.
An officer cannot file a visit they did not make.
When they check in, their phone sends its raw satellite position. Our server — not the app on their phone — measures the distance to your plot boundary and decides whether it counts. Stand outside the geofence and the visit is flagged, a written reason is demanded, and a reviewer sees it before you ever do.
That is the whole product. Photographs are easy to fake. Photographs taken from a provably correct place, on a known date, are not.

I bought the plot in 2019 and saw it twice. Now I get photographs six times a year and I know the fence is still standing without asking anyone for a favour.
Somebody had started dumping construction waste along the north edge. It was in my alerts within a day and cleared before it became a real problem.
When I sold last year the buyer asked what condition it had been in. I sent him four years of dated, location-stamped reports. That ended the negotiation quickly.
How do I know the officer actually went to my plot?
Their phone reports its satellite position at check-in and our server calculates the distance to your plot's boundary itself. If they are outside the geofence, the visit is flagged, they must write a reason, and it goes to a reviewer before you ever see it. The verification is computed from the raw fix, so the app cannot simply claim it was inside.
What exactly happens if something is wrong?
The officer raises an issue with photographs and a severity. Anything critical reaches you the same day. You can see it in your portal, comment on it, and follow it until we mark it resolved.
Why six visits and not twelve?
Roughly one visit every two months is enough to catch encroachment, dumping and boundary tampering while they are still cheap to reverse. Twelve would cost you nearly double for very little extra safety. You can request additional visits whenever you want one.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently operate around Hyderabad, Telangana and the surrounding districts. Send us the survey number and we will tell you straight away whether your plot is within range.
Do you handle legal disputes or evictions?
No. We are a monitoring service, not a law firm. What we give you is dated, location-verified photographic evidence — which is usually the first thing your advocate will ask for.
Can I see my documents and reports after I stop paying?
Yes. You keep portal access to everything already published, and you can download your documents at any time. We do not hold your records hostage.
